The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. The room was spacious, well-designed, and immaculately clean. It had everything I needed as a traveler, including coffee, tea, microwave, and toiletries. The bed was comfortable, and the large windows provided a lovely view of a quaint Brussels courtyard.

During my Christmas stay, I had an exceptional experience at this hidden gem of a hotel. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with a modern and refurbished bathroom. The wifi worked well, which was great for staying connected. The best aspect of this hotel was its location. It was conveniently located near the EU institutions, making it easy to explore. the hotel was close to public transportation, with bus stops just outside the hotel. This made it convenient to visit all the main attractions in Brussels. the hotel provided excellent comfort and a strategic location.

The only downside of this hotel was the absence of an elevator. The narrow staircase made it a bit challenging to carry heavy bags up to the higher floors.
